Hi all! Been really busy around here lately, renovated a room, mother visiting from Ohio and I'm vacation along with the kids. I have gotten out several times detecting, finding the average relics and coins, nothing too old. Took a friend to a field where a gallows once stood, found some military buttons and coins from the mid 1800s. My friend found this nice seal matrix with a double headed eagle in the coat of arms, initials ICSK at the top divided by a bouquet of flowers. Above the eagle looks to be a bust or head. Possibly dates to the late 1700s to early 1800s.

I found this seal matrix yesterday. Initials LG at the top, a heart crossed by what look like swords. Somewhat crudely made and possibly dates to the mid 1700s. Correct me if I'm wrong, LOL.

äh und schöne Stempel :prost:
Hi Mike,
nice seal matrices! The second one is probably a bit older than you thought, I'd say ~1600. Using such a shield for display is typical for that time.
Best regards, Bert
Ich habe ein alte Ricoh 3.2 MP aber super macro. MFG, Mike
