Titel: WKII dienstmarke???...
Beitrag von: Bavaria Mike in 01. September 2009, 14:31:44
Found this badge this morning, a possible volunteer badge from WWII having to do with the red cross or medical service.  Initials KP separated by a cross.  Two silver coins, 1875 and 1869.  A small decorative piece maybe from a ring.  Obverse.

Reverse of the badge and coins.  My finds from yesterday were laying on the sink, my mother was looking at them.  She decided to help me out and cleaned two 1800s finger rings, a thimble, two coins from the late 1800s, a lead seal and the small piece shown in the picture.  She used a manicure machine, like a dremel tool to clean the finds, LOL.  It did clear something up, the rings and thimbles I find are mostly brass.  HH, Mike
