Detected this morning in a field for a little over 2 hours along what is known as the "Todesweg" or Death Alley.  This small road predates the town and is over 1000 years old.  It got its name because in the old days, when someone died of plague or something contagious, they were not allowed to bring the body through the town so, they had to travel along Death Alley around the town.  Had a good hunt however, we turned the clocks back last night and I forgot to set my cell phone.  After a good hour detecting I checked the time and oh my gosh, I'm going to late for lunch so I packed it up and drove off, looked down at my car clock and duh, I have another hour to detect.  Thought that was a quick 2 hours, LOL, so I did a U turn and finished the hour.  Made a few interesting finds.  Here is the field I detected and Death Alley.

Two musket balls and a 3 ring bullet.

A few relics.  A bezel of sort that looks to have held a stone or something and a whatsit.  It may have been a tool of sort or maybe a trigger guard.  I have found many musket balls, bullets, a few military buttons and other military paraphernalia around this area.

Another view of the relics.

Obverse of a very bent coin or medallion, large and thick.  I can make out a person standing in the center and a possible date at the bottom of 1900 or the number 900.

Close up of the date.

Reverse, has vague details but I can not make anything of them.

Obverse of a nice little 1835 silver 3 Kreuzer coin.  The light gave it an orange tint.

Reverse of the 1835.  A little windy this morning but, still a nice hunt.  HH, Mike

Tuco

Hi Bavaria Mike,
bei dem gebogenen Teil auf Bild 3 und 4, würde ich auf
Schwertklammer tippen. Die gebogene(nochmal)Münze,
ist sicher ein Centime-Stück aus Frankreich-III.Republik.
Hier mal 5 Centimes:
